HIRING CHARGES (with effect from 1st April 2019)

Hourly Charges  (Hirers are allowed 15 minutes before and after each hiring for setting up and clearing away)

  • Residents of Kirksanton                      £6 per hour
  • Standard rate                                       £8 per hour
  • Commercial users                              £10 per hour

A discretionary £25 deposit will be required to cover breakages or any extra cleaning costs.

INCLUDED in the Charges:

  • use of the rooms concerned
  • heating, water and electricity
  • use of Main Hall Kitchen for drinks only
  • use of toilets
  • tables and up to 60 chairs
  • Wi-Fi

Additional Charges

Refundable key deposit                                    £5

Projector and Screen, stage lighting              £5 per item

Use of Kitchen, Crockery, Dishwasher etc.   £20

N.B. £25 refundable deposit will be required for these items

These can be operated by Hall users themselves without any instruction or supervision provided they follow the written instructions precisely and carefully, and lock the equipment up afterwards.

Hirers must reserve Audio Visual (AV) equipment in advance so they can be given the combination number to the AV cupboard. A returnable deposit may be charged when AV equipment is to be used.
